Refund Policy
1. Right to free resolution
The consumer may withdraw from the purchase of scheduled courses or services, without needing to provide a reason, within 14 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
2. Exercise of the right to reimbursement
To exercise your right to a refund, simply notify us of your intention to cancel by email to [contact email address], indicating the service/course purchased and the necessary information to identify the purchase. We provide a template for the legal form, should you wish to use it.
3. Exclusion of the right to refund
There will be no refund if:

The digital course, session, or content begins immediately, with the express consent of the consumer, acknowledging that they lose the right to withdraw after accessing the content or scheduling.

The service has already been fully provided/completed before the end of the 14-day period and with the express consent of the consumer.
4. Deadlines
The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the request, using the same method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations before the start of the service/course, outside the legal deadline, may imply partial/total retention of the amount paid, in accordance with the specific conditions described for each service.

No-shows do not entitle you to a refund.
6. Rescheduled services
If the customer wishes to change the appointment, and the service allows it, a credit/coupon may be issued for future use, instead of a refund.
7. Charges and deductions
If the consumer opted for more expensive shipping methods or additional services, the additional costs will be deducted, as provided by law.
